14. QuickBooks Integration (Intuit OAuth)
SHL Skynet Holdings Ltd operates internal accounting and analytics tools under the names Skynet/Cody Pricing-Manager and Skynet/Cody Reports. These tools connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 interface and are used exclusively for the internal bookkeeping automation of the companies we operate ourselves. The tools are not sold as a service to third parties and are not intended to process the QuickBooks data of any third party.
The integration is read-only. We retrieve the following QuickBooks entities solely for internal analytics and for reporting to our external accountant: Customer, Invoice, Vendor, Bill, Payment and Report. We do not create, modify or delete data in your QuickBooks company, we do not resell QuickBooks data, and we do not use it for marketing.
The connection is authorised exclusively by an account administrator and can be revoked at any time, either from within QuickBooks (Apps, then Disconnect) or by contacting us at info@corporateservices24.com. Details of how we process personal data in this context are set out in our Privacy Policy.
